The Little
Masters - a Lightwatcher feature
source:
by Lightman
Over the past two years I have been posting stories about an increasing number of especially gifted children. Although these children are brilliant prodogies, they are also much more. They are the little masters. These kids offer us more than just hope and inspiration - they are the light at the end of the very dark tunnel we are presently traveling through on Earth.
For those of you familiar with the 'Indigo Children' and the good works of James Twyman, this topic needs no introduction. But for those of you new to these remarkable stories, prepare to be amazed. Over the next few weeks I will be posting a number of stories about these little masters, the special children that have been popping up all over the globe. Some of the Little Masters we plan to feature in this special Lightwatcher series:
What's an Indigo Child??
source: by Wendy
H. Chapman / Metagifted.org
Indigo Children are the current generation being born today and
most of those who are 8 years old or younger. They are different.
They have very unique characteristics that set them apart from
previous generations of children. The name itself indicates the
Life Color they carry in their auras and is indicative of the
Third Eye Chakra, which represents intuition and psychic ability.
These are the children who are often rebellious to authority,
nonconformist, extremely emotionally and sometimes physically
sensitive or fragile, highly talented or academically gifted and
often metaphysically gifted as well, usually intuitive, very often
labeled ADD, either very empathic and compassionate OR very cold
and callous, and are wise beyond their years. Does this sound
like yourself or your child? ...
Indian
'child genius' beats the odds
source: by Amarnath

A 12-year-old boy from India's poorest and most lawless state,
Bihar, is celebrating being named India smartest kid after winning
a nationally televised quiz. Subham Prakhar won the title of "India's
Child Genius" after several rounds of stiff competition between
some 16,000 schoolchildren. Both of his parents are currently
unemployed and Subham had to depend on generous relatives and
the internet to gain access to the books he needed to prepare
for the competition. Besides a glass trophy, an Encyclopaedia
Britannica CD-rom and a pair of gold and silver pens, Shubham
won a cash prize of one million rupees ($22,200). Shubham Prakhar
lives in the northern district of Muzaffarpur in Bihar - a state
where police estimate that a murder takes place every four hours,
a woman is raped every six hours, and kidnappings are a daily
occurrence.

Spirituality and the highly gifted adolescent
source: by Stephanie
S. Tolan
Writing about spirituality and highly gifted adolescents is a
daunting task. It has often been said that individuals at the
high end of the intellectual continuum vary from each other more
than any other group, regardless of age. Extreme variation is
true for abilities, passions, personality, temperament, social/emotional
issues and life experience. It may be especially true about
spirituality, which partakes of all those other differences...

Question: What do you think about this possible
'switching-over' of the emanations? Like I was told that for example
instead of an Avalokiteshvara emanation - in the case of the Dalai
Lama - there can be in that place a Manjushri emanation? Answer:
Sure! It's the same. Q: This can happen? A: Yes.
Q: What are the laws behind this? A: There's no
law. I mean...

Nawang Kunga Tegchen Chakyl Nyima may be only 4 years old, but
he is already a legend. He is on his way to a Nepal monastery
this week, where he will be treated as a holy leader because Buddhists
say that the Seattle boy is the reincarnation of a dearly beloved
lama. Before Lama Deschung Rinpochet died in 1987 he told his
followers that he would be reincarnated in Seattle. Deschung Rinpochet
was one of the highest lamas of Tibetan Buddhism's Sakya...
Genius one in a million

When Trent Bowen was born, doctors believed a complication at
birth had left him disabled. But they could not have been more
wrong. Trent has turned out to be one in a million - possibly
the most gifted mind in Australia. He began reading at 17 months
and was finishing adult novels before most children can read a
single word. At three, he became Australia's youngest member of
Mensa, the club for people with high IQs...

Lama Osel - from 'Reborn in the West'
source: by Vicki
Mackenzie
The last time I had seen Lama Osel was in 1988 on the steps of
the Kopan gompa, as I was putting the finishing touches to my
book about him and his previous incarnation as Lama Yeshe. He
was then just three years old and had announced, quite clearly,
that he was going somewhere where there were big mountains and
cows, 'far, far away'. I didn't know...
Biography of Deshung Rinpoche Kunga
Tenpa'i Nyima

In 1906, the Fire Horse Year, H. E. Deshung Rinpoche was born
in the mountainous Ga region of East Tibet into a family famous
for its skilled physicians. When he was only five years old, Rinpoche
appealed to his parents to be sent to a monastery so that he could
devote his life to the Buddhist path. Impressed by his request,
Rinpoche's parents realized that this was no ordinary person,
but one destined to a very special religious role. He then went
to study and live with his uncle, Ngawang Nyima, a monk who spent
most of his life in retreat at the Thaglung Monastery in Ga. Rinpoche
began to learn letters and memorization and did chores for his
uncle. As a boy Rinpoche read the biography
Children of the new dream - Interview
with Drunvalo Melchizedek
source: By Diane
Cooper / awakening-healing.com
Diane: So Drunvalo...who are these "Children of the New Dream"
that you are so excited about? Drunvalo: Well there are 3 different
kinds of children emerging in the world today that I have been
able to identify. The first are called the "Super Psychic
Children of China". The second are called the "Indigo
Children" and the third are called the "Children of
AIDS". The first one, the "Super Psychics of China",
we talked about in the Flower of Life seminars. If you remember,
the first one was discovered in 1984 when a child was found who
was psychic beyond belief. Researchers conducted every psychic
test you could imagine and he was 100% correct every time. You
could turn cards over in another room and that didn't matter...
Indigo
children's Sacred Heart Meditation
source: James Twyman
One of the main gifts of the Psychic Children is their ability
to communicate with one another wherever they may be on the planet,
linking their minds into a field of consciousness they call "The
Web." They say that they are able to send messages to the
other children who are psychically open, all of them working together
to heal and bring peace. Some of the children who spoke at the
conference in Hawaii mentioned this, and how important it is that
we, the adults, ultimately learn to do the same. They say that
there is a way for us to be aware of the "essence" of
each other, and to communicate on a higher plane where language
and symbols are not as important. It is the beginning, they say,
of a new language, the language of the heart and soul. Until now
the information of how this occurs and how we can learn this skill
has been unavailable. That has now changed.
