Greetings.
It has been eight long years since phantom spray planes first
appeared in the skies above our heads. This was in summer of
1998. Since then, there has been a ongoing high level campaign
of discreditidation and ridicule directed at anyone who points
out the strange anomalies occurring above.
Today, chemtrails are still
being sprayed into the atmosphere world wide. The media and scientific
poobahs continue to ignore the facts and eagerly assist in covering
up the evidence. As a result we continue to suffer from the deleterious
effects of global atmospheric modification.
I do find it interesting, however,
that the Lightwatcher's H.O.S. site continues to generate more
and more hits (up to 14,000 per day) - greater than any of LW.com's
other sibling sites. This is an indicator that the topic is far

forms of radiation to rain down upon the as yet unsuspecting
populace of the world, as well as lensing programs to dehydrate
land and dry up water sources. The first lie of the NWO animals

Much of the science that had been planned for the Tropospheric
Aerosol Program (TAP) will in the future be conducted under the
Department of Energy's Atmospheric Science Program, which, beginning
in Fiscal Year 2005, will focus on radiative forcing of climate
change by atmospheric aerosols. Interested readers are referred
to the ASP web site and to the documents accessible from that
page. Because much of the science that had been planned for TAP
coincides with planned research in the Atmospheric Science Program,
this page is being maintained to provide background technical
information. AP Program Plan (March, 2001) presents an overview
of the research to be conducted in TAP. This plan is a natural

Weather control - It's still sci fi,
but...

That oft-vaunted idea of controlling the weather -- it's one
science fiction topic that (unlike so many others) remain firmly
beyond our control. We, and our technologies, remain "puny"
compared to the energies of global circulation, sunlight, oceans,
and the other forces that drive the chaotic global environment.
Indeed, when MIT PhD student Ross Hoffman attempted to seriously
study weather control for his thesis, his advisor called the
project "too outlandish," and unlikely to generate
the funding that the study would require. So Hoffman did what
any good innovator does -- he listened to the experts' advice,
and then happily proceeded to garner a half-million dollars from
NASA spin-off NIAC (NASA Institute for Advanced Concepts). NIAC
specifically focuses on 40-odd year "outlandish" ideas
that just might change our world.
According to the May 7 Wired News, Hoffman's research has indicated
that by heating a small area of the atmosphere a few degrees,
it may be possible to alter the path of hurricanes, perhaps tornados,
and other previously unassailable weather phenomena...

Scientists studying the amount of light reflected by the Earth
say the planet appeared to dim from 1984 to 2001 and then reversed
its trend and brightened from 2001 to 2003. The change appears
to have resulted from changes in the amount of clouds covering
the planet. More clouds reflect more light back into space, potentially
cooling the planet, while a dimmer planet with fewer clouds would
be warmed by the arriving sunlight. The researchers, from the
New Jersey Institute of Technology and the California Institute
of Technology, used two sets of records to establish the amount
of light reflected from the Earth. The records, which partly
overlap, include measurements of cloud cover taken by satellites
and an analysis of "earthshine." Earthshine, the reflection
from Earth, was determined by studying how much it illuminates
the dark portion of the moon. But the use of two separate types
of measurements gave pause to James A. Coakley Jr. of Oregon
State University...

US Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld has deferred a decision
on whether to go ahead with a 23 billion dollar deal to lease
and buy 100 aerial refueling aircraft from Boeing until further
studies are completed in November, the Pentagon said Tuesday.
Rumsfeld acted after a Defense Science Board study concluded
that there was "no material or financial reason" to
begin a program to replace the air force's KC-135 tankers before
an analysis of alternatives and a study of air mobility capabilities
are completed, a senior official said. "He's going to have
both of those studies accelerated," he said. They are to
be completed by November, a second official said. Rumsfeld suspended
the deal in November and ordered an...
Tests for Airborne Barium are Positive

A series of qualitative chemical tests and deductions now confirm
without doubt the presence of significant amounts of barium within
atmospheric samples. Citizens may now begin the process of collecting
the sample materials for formal submission to public environmental
agencies and private labs for identification. The testing process
can be done at modest expense and the results from laboratory
analysis can now be qualitatively and independently verified
without great difficulty. Any testing service employed will need
to be able to demonstrate no vested interest in the outcome of
the results, accuracy of method, and the willingness to have
the testing process independently monitored. The material under
analysis has been collected by a plate ionizing filter; it may
also be collected with conventional fiber filtration over a longer

Climate change out of the blue

Those wispy streams of vapor that follow jetliners across the
sky may not be as innocuous as they appear. A new NASA study
claims man-made cirrus clouds formed by commercial jet engine
exhaust may be responsible for the increased surface temperatures
detected in the United States between 1975 and 1994. Climate
data shows there has been a 1 percent per decade increase in
cirrus cloud cover over the United States, which the NASA paper
says is likely due to commercial air traffic. Cirrus clouds,
whether natural or artificial, play an important climatological
role because they trap heat in the atmosphere by reflecting infrared
radiation emitted from the Earth's surface. The study, which
appeared in the April 15 issue of the Journal of Climate, estimates
that cirrus clouds from jet engine condensation trails, or contrails,
increased the temperature of the lower atmosphere by anywhere
from 0.36 to 0.54 degrees Fahrenheit per decade...

those contrails snaking through the skies overhead. For years,
contrail conspiracy theorists have competed with UFO sighters
and alien abduction survivors for air time on late-night radio's
"Art Bell Overnight." Their claim: Those puffy, white
jet wakes are no mere water vapor, but chemicals sprayed by the
government to (a) kill us, or (b) activate mind control chips

to President Bush to coincide with Earth Day, accusing his administration
of chipping away at the Clean Air Act. The National Council of
Churches argued that planned changes to power plant regulations
will allow major polluters to avoid installing pollution-control

of shared faith and respect, we feel called to express grave

epidemic

half of all Europeans would suffer from some sort of allergy

have asthma and live in Knoxville, Tenn.; Little Rock, Ark.;
St. Louis; Madison, Wisc.; or Louisville. That's the conclusion
of a new survey from the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America
that ranks the 100 largest U.S. cities by asthma risk. The just-mentioned
cities occupy the top five slots. Daytona Beach, Fla.; Miami;
and San Francisco conclude the list. "The importance of
the Asthma Capitals list is to help people realize that asthma
is one of the most significant health problems among children
and adults in the U.S.," says Mike Tringale, a spokesman
for the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America. But asthma
is a problem all over the country, he says, adding, "There
is no place safe from asthma."...

Greenhouse gas level hits record high

The level of the major greenhouse gas, carbon dioxide, in the
Earth's atmosphere has hit a record high, US government scientists
have reported. The new data from the US National Oceanic and
Atmospheric Administration also suggest that the rate of increase
of the gas may have accelerated in the last two years. Carbon
dioxide emissions, mainly from burning fossil fuels, are thought
to be a principle cause of global warming. Recordings from a
volcano-top observatory, NOAA's Mauna Loa Observatory on Hawaii,
showed carbon dioxide levels had risen to an average of about
376 parts per million (ppm) for 2003. This is 2.5 ppm up from
the average for 2002. It is not the highest leap in year-on-year
atmospheric carbon dioxide levels recorded by NOAA. But it is
the first to be sustained, with 2002 levels up 2.5 ppm from 2001...

of a Navy destroyer in the Sea of Japan will coincide with the
U.S. military's plan to put on alert several ground-based interceptor
missiles at Fort Greely, Alaska, by September." Why does
the destroyer 'coincide' with the missiles? Because the destroyer
does the targeting for the missiles. And why are the missiles
there? Not because of North Korea - but because they are the
defense against Russia and China for the new Alaskan 225 Antenna
HAARP Range that is to come on-line in October...

It has been an astonishing transformation, of the utmost significance.
But we never, ever, hear or read about it in the news. Over the
last few years, the skies over the American southwest have changed
beyond recognition. The famous dazzling blue sky of yesteryear
has become, as often as not, sickly pale ugly sludge. This is
as shocking a difference as if the surrounding landscape had
slowly turned black, while the human inhabitants remained bizarrely
oblivious. There are still clear days, but these are numerically
becoming the exception. And this has happened nearly without
public comment, in a part of the world where sunny bright blue
skies most of the year have been the rule for centuries. But
the slow sure rip in the elemental fabric of our lives...

An Arizona Doctor speaks out on Chemtrails

I am noticing my patients are coming in with frequent headaches,
sinus congestion, asthma and ear infections in recent days/weeks.
I attribute this to the allergic reactions to the chemicals which
our government is spraying in OUR air! I have noticed that the
"hair analysis" labs which I run on some of my patients
all are indicating HIGH levels of Barium. My own hair analysis
indicated high Barium levels. I am pretty familiar with diet
and nutrition and quite honestly cannot think of any food that
contain significant levels of Barium...Barium is not known to
be absorbable in any significant degree. For this reason radiologists
use barium for colonoscopy's and other GI scans. Yet, we seem
to have high levels of barium in our hair which means either
barium is being stored from digestion or the hair is being contaminated
by an outside source. I am quite concerned with this violation
of our environment by a government that denies it is occurring,
yet a person can step outside and watch our tax dollars at work...

The Bush administration has distorted scientific fact leading
to policy decisions on the environment, health, biomedical research
and nuclear weaponry, a group of about 60 scientists, including
20 Nobel laureates, said in a statement on Wednesday. The Union
of Concerned Scientists, an independent organization, also issued
a 37-page report, "Scientific Integrity in Policymaking,"
detailing the accusations. The statement and the report both
accuse the Bush administration of distorting and suppressing
findings that contradict administration policies, stacking panels
with like-minded and underqualified scientists with ties to industry,
and eliminating some advisory committees altogether. The scientists
listed various policy issues as being unfairly influenced by
the administration, including those concerning climate change,
mercury emissions, reproductive health, lead poisoning in children,

Service will release a new set of Cloudscape postage stamps.
These images are startling and thought provoking, as more than
half of the cloudscape classifications depicted are visually

surface have declined by up to 20% in recent years because air
pollution is reflecting it back into space and helping to make

noticed wispy-swirl-like airbrushed clouds. The sky appeared
eerie - almost angry. Somehow I knew that the clouds were not
normal clouds and that what I was seeing was artificial and dangerous

West Nile virus in hawk puzzles researchers

LARAMIE, Wyo. - Scientists are intrigued by signs of West Nile
virus in the feather follicles of a ferruginous hawk that shows
no sign of the virus in its blood.
The injured hawk was found on the prairie outside town and taken
to the Laramie Raptor Refuge.
Refuge Director Catherine Symchych said it remains uncertain
whether the signs of the virus in the feather follicles was due
to the presence of transmissible virus.
Terry Creekmore, with the State Veterinary Lab in Laramie, said
a bird infected with the virus usually remains infected three
to six days. The bird either builds up an immunity or dies...
Defense Department puts (chemtrails
sprayplane fleet) tanker deal on hold

Deputy Defense Secretary Paul Wolfowitz said he is putting on
hold the finalization of contracts between the Air Force and
Boeing Co. for the lease of 20 and purchase of 80 inflight refueling
tankers made from Everett-built 767 commercial planes. Congress
had approved the $17 billion deal, and President George W. Bush
on Nov. 24 signed the defense spending bill that included the
tanker deal. But in a letter to Congressional officials obtained
by the Wichita Business Journal, an affiliated paper, Wolfowitz
says wants the Defense Department's inspector general to investigate
whether alleged misconduct by CFO Mike Sears and missile systems
executive Darleen Druyun had any affect on negotiations of the
tanker deal...
The Continuing Catastrophe Called Chemtrails

Here in the Southwest we have been enduring yet another relentless
cycle of chemtrail deluge. You can call this phenomenon whatever
you like: these are dangerous aerosols permeating the atmosphere,
our lungs, the soil and water, and all animal and plant life.
Whether one prefers the term chemtrails or aerosol operations
changes nothing: the same deadly materials are saturating existence
in any case. Day after day, bright blue skies are being turned
into sickening chemical sludge. No one could deny the terrible
effects poisons have on the human organism, and on all other
forms of life. And the sheer accumulation of aerosol toxins over
a long period of time is certainly weakening everyone and everything.
After all, it's one thing to breathe toxic substances for a day,
and quite another to breathe poisons seeping from the sky for
years at a time...

go on for some time, people really begin to show the debilitating
effects. Heavy accumulations of aerosol chemicals change everything
for many people: basic vitality, how we feel, how we think, and

telling the information he has regarding ongoing programs of
weather engineering by the Russians and others, accomplished

The theft of sunlight

Measurements have recently been taken with a calibrated photometer
to measure the reduction in intensity of sunlight that occurs
as a direct result of heavy aerosol operations1. These measurements
show a rapid reduction in the transmission of sunlight from a
value of 97% on a "clear day" to the lower level of
approximately 80% during the early stages of heavy aerosol operations.
These measurements have been taken to coincide with the photographs
below that show the aircraft aerosol trails systematically increasing
the extent of the aerosol bank. Rather than reducing the temperature
of the earth and lower atmosphere, the aerosol operations commonly
have the opposite effect of increasing temperature and aggravating,
